Corvo

Privacy policy

Last updated · April 2026

Corvo operates on a simple principle: your text is yours. The app processes everything locally on your device.

Data collection

Corvo collects no information whatsoever. No personal details, no usage metrics, no crash logs, no advertising identifiers, no device identifiers — nothing leaves your device.

How summarisation works

All summarisation happens on your iPhone or iPad through Apple's FoundationModels framework, which is part of Apple Intelligence. Your text is never sent to any server — Corvo's or anyone else's. Processing happens locally and in real time.

Camera and photo library

Camera and photo library access is requested only for document scanning and image text extraction. Content captured this way is processed locally and is never stored, uploaded, or shared.

History

Summaries you save are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and isn't accessible to anyone other than you.

Third-party services

Corvo integrates no third-party SDKs, no analytics, no advertising networks, and no external APIs.

Children's privacy

Corvo collects no data from anyone, including minors. It carries a 4+ App Store rating.

In-app purchases

Optional premium subscriptions (monthly or annual) are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple and never reaches the developer.
