Pago io is the fair, fun way to settle who pays the next round. For anything not covered here, email parham.karbasi78@gmail.com.

How do I pick who pays?

On the Home screen, tap "Who pays?". Your crew's names spin like a slot machine and land on one person — that's who has this round. Tap again any time for the next round.

How is it fair?

Pago io uses a shuffle-bag system: across one cycle, everyone in the crew pays exactly once, in a random order, and the same person is never picked twice in a row. The Home screen shows how many people are still left to pay in the current cycle, so the fairness is always visible.

What if someone isn't here right now?

On the result card, tap "{name}'s not here" and Pago io picks again. The absent person isn't skipped for good — they keep their turn and come up once they're back. Undo reverses the last pick entirely.

How do I create a crew or add people?

Your first crew is created during the quick setup. To make another, tap the crew name at the top of the Home screen and choose "New crew…". To add or remove people later, open the crew's settings from the Home toolbar. You need at least two people to start picking.

Can I keep more than one group?

Yes. Keep separate crews — Office and Friends, say — each with its own members, cycle, and history. Tap the crew name to switch between them; the app reopens to the one you used last.

If I remove someone, do I lose the history?

No. Past rounds keep the payer's name even after you remove them from the crew — they simply stop being picked. You can see every round, grouped by month, in History.

Does Pago io split bills or track who owes what?

No — and that's on purpose. Pago io is about taking turns, not amounts. There are no numbers, no debts, and no money handling anywhere in the app.

Is my data private?

Completely. There's no account and no network — crews, names, and history live only on your iPhone, and the app works the same in airplane mode. See the privacy policy at /legal/pagoio/privacy.
